Not sure if it's your foundation?

If any of these sound familiar, book a free inspection. We'll tell you the truth—even if you don't need repair.

!
Cracks in brick or drywall

Stair-step or diagonal cracks usually signal foundation movement.

!
Sticking doors & windows

When the frame shifts, doors bind and latches stop lining up.

!
Sloping or uneven floors

A marble rolling on its own is a classic North Texas clay signal.

!
Gaps around windows

Caulking that keeps reopening usually points to settling.

!
Nail pops & ceiling cracks

Drywall pulling away from studs is often structural, not cosmetic.

!
Separating cabinets or trim

Kitchen cabinets pulling from the wall is a common give-away.

Engineered for Texas clay

Three pier systems. One honest recommendation.

North Texas clay shrinks and swells violently between drought and rain. That's why we engineered three distinct pier systems—so we match the fix to your soil and structure, not the other way around.

The inspector spent two hours and told me I didn't need repair yet — just drainage work. Can't believe how rare that honesty is.

They explained ST3 vs ST10 without pressure. Chose ST3 on their recommendation and it's been rock-solid.

Frequently asked

How much does foundation repair cost in DFW?+

Most DFW foundation repair projects run $4,000–$18,000 depending on pier count, depth, and soil conditions. We never quote before inspecting. Your free inspection includes a written estimate with pier-by-pier pricing.

How long does the repair take?+

Most single-family homes are completed in 1–3 days once work starts. Scheduling from inspection to crew arrival is usually under two weeks.

Do I need an independent engineer's report?+

Not to get a quote from us. If you want one—for insurance, HOA, or peace of mind—we can refer you to a licensed structural engineer. We've worked with most of the major ones in North Texas.

Does the warranty really transfer when I sell?+

Yes. Our lifetime warranty transfers to the next owner at no cost. We submit a transfer notice to the buyer's title company.

What if I don't actually need foundation repair?+

Then we'll tell you. About 1 in 5 of our inspections result in a 'no repair needed' report. Sometimes it's drainage, sometimes it's cosmetic. You'll get the real answer in writing.

Do you handle drainage and plumbing issues too?+

Drainage correction, yes—and it's often the first fix we recommend. For plumbing, we coordinate with licensed plumbers so the full picture gets addressed.

Will homeowners' insurance cover this?+

Typically no—foundation movement from natural soil expansion isn't covered. Exceptions exist for plumbing leaks or covered perils. We'll tell you what we see; your carrier will tell you what's covered.

Which cities do you serve?+

100+ cities across Dallas–Fort Worth including Dallas, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Prosper, Fort Worth, Arlington, Richardson, Lewisville, Southlake, and more. Enter your ZIP above and we'll confirm.
